Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required 180 days prior to reserve the space. A 75%
deposit is required 90 days prior to reserve the space. 100% of the facility usage fee is required
after the 90 day due date. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (regardless of the
percentage). The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
2. Cancellations: For a refund of the remaining Facility Use Fee, cancellation must be received at
least thirty (30) business days prior to the Event Date. Deposit is forfeited upon any cancellation.
3. Use of Time: Access and event times must be within the time specified. Time used beyond the
agreed-upon schedule will result in additional charges.
4. Cleanup & Damage: User is responsible for removing all decorations and trash, and leaving the
facility in a clean, safe condition. Renter is responsible for any property damage or loss and must
reimburse the Church for repairs.
5. Prohibited Items: Alcohol, tobacco, weapons, firearms, and any other substances that will
alter/impair an individual's abilities are strictly prohibited on church property.
6. Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times.
7. Security: The Church reserves the right to require security personnel for certain events at the
Renter's expense ($45/hr).
8. Media Use: A Church media technician must operate all A V equipment ($45/hr).
